In this role, I’ll be dedicated to advancing our mission of providing high-quality, evidence-based education for Advanced Practice Providers. I’m passionate about creating education that meets the needs of busy clinicians in a rapidly changing environment, as well as supporting underserved populations—a cause close to my heart.

As a senior executive with a strong scientific background and experience in both CME and promotional medical education, I provide organizations with expertise in building their educational strategy, designing innovative programs, and incorporating DEI into medical education. My goal is to help you create education that incorporates the latest in learning technologies while being mindful of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As part of the senior executive team, I serve as a visionary and trusted resource in helping teams make sense of the ever-evolving CME/CE landscape to ensure the education stays relevant and compliant. I have been instrumental in building new partnerships and collaborations with leading industry, society and academic organizations. Additionally, I continue working towards my passion of forwarding DEI efforts both within and outside the company.

Business development is what I excel at, and at PlatformQ, I was really able to focus solely on that aspect. With a robust grants development team to support me, I was able to explore multiple grant opportunities, including more complex ideas that address issues of diversity in clinical trials.

As an expert in adult learning, instructional design, and CME, not only did I function as the lead grant development person, I also introduced innovative educational formats, represented The France Foundation at major events, and strategized B2B effort. During my tenure there, I was able to build their pulmonary franchise to a leading channel (www.PILOTforPulmonary.org) recognized by specialists as the leading provider of pulmonary education. My efforts led to the elevation of their outcomes reporting, including innovative presentation formats, lauded by supporters. I was also a step ahead of the curse, ensuring that the company remained up to date with trends.

• Developed relationships with pharmaceutical grantors, accrediting institutions and thought leaders to assess potential business opportunities • Wrote grant proposals including needs assessment, learning objectives, agenda and program design• Design innovative activities/educational interventions in the context of desirable healthcare provider attributes to achieve behavior change• Constructed outcomes measurement procedures based on adult learning principles and produce complex analysis including multivariate analysis • Managed all aspect of project including navigating content development that is unbiased, yet aligned with grantor's area of medical interest• Functioned as the compliance manager to ensure program follows all ACCME and AMA guidelines
