Managed a team of technical analysts providing support for 550+ Wintel servers and the operation of storage and backup solutions across 120 locations in North and Latin America.- Directed the migration of 200+ Wintel server and 200 Terabytes of storage from the York, PA data center to the Milwaukee, WI data center as a result of Johnson Controls acquisition of YORK- Designed and implemented YORK’s first storage area network solution utilizing IBM TotalStorage equipment (DS4x00 Storage Area Network and Tape Library). This solutions success mandated a 50% growth in the environment in the first 12 months- Managed the Citrix Metaframe environment for a global implementations of Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase, Hyperion Enterprise Reporting and other software packages requiring thin client deployments- Managed execution of Disaster Recovery test program, including but not limited to Wintel, pSeries and iSeries server restorations.
