Establishing protocols, including checklists and company-wide initiatives to improve key business processes.Identifying areas for improvement, recommended solutions, and implemented enhancements for cross-functional processes, enhancing the overall employee experience.Focal point for sites’ maintenance and facilities.

Facilities management - office development and maintenance of company premises and equipment, coordinate lease renewals, monitoring and problem-solving of building construction work, renovations, space allocation, etc. (end-to-end projects) in existing or additional workspace and sites, cross-branch staffing (managed task distribution and monitored responses from a team of ±10 employees), department's processes and procedures improvement, encouraging and implementing innovative activities aligned with business needs and supporting business growth, FM & RE expert, contractors and vendors supervising, safety and emergency POC.Office responsibilities – cleaning company staff supervision, new employee onboarding and termination, visitors' acceptance, refreshments and office supply orders, travels arrangement.Department Budget – department budgets tracking, POs and suppliers' invoices approvals, forecasting expenses, negotiating supplier terms and making data-driven decisionsEnsuring implementation of safety & security (emergency POC) procedures on site per local safety requirements as well as per the company's policy.POC for relocated employees – acceptance and escort in all needed requests and processes (i.e. opening a bank account, signing an apartment rent contract and linking all bills, monthly presentation of company procedures, approving allowance etc.). Contracts and bank guarantee process – negotiation, review and remark, filing requests, monitoring and tracking until confirmation.
