Design Studio Manager & Senior Designer
Current•Responsible for planning, managing, tracking and delivering all work that comes into the Design Studio•Managing projects from initial idea to final completion•Collection development process-from sampling stage to production•Textile design (developing designs and prints for a variety of fabrics, clothing and non-clothing materials, furnishing materials, industrial fabrics and other related materials, using both natural and manmade fibres)•Using specialist software and computer-aided design programs to develop a range of designs•Producing sketches, designs and samples for presentation to customers•Assessing client briefs and assigning designers to a project•Creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery
