I was the Security Track Lead and Planner for all security related tasks for the project to migrate the Electric utility operations from mainframe (RUMBA to SAP) – using an AGILE approach to create a backlog that could be easily stewarded. I supported the project's migration of all ESIIDs in CenterPoint’s Electric division to SAP, optimization and integration of all Customer Service and Financial platforms, and elimination of redundant local processes by leading the development of a role design methodology for creation and maintenance of FIORI, S/4HANA, and R/3 roles; implementation, and development of a role change database, and mapping of functionality->roles ->positions.

I was engaged as a long-term contractor for ExxonMobil Corporation, where I was highly valued for my ability to collaborate across business, Internal Audit, and IT teams to deliver strategic cost savings and timely completion of projects. I helped the client to achieve: - A $7M savings by developing a custom security solution for the management of proprietary formulations - substantially mitigating product integrity risk exposures. - A reduction in user wait time for routine access requests from 8 days to 1 day, elimination of 80% of manual access requests by redesigning and rationalizing the request process, and a 60% increase in FTE savings in staffing requirements related to user administration by using Identity Management and Automated Access Provisioning for 120,000 users across worldwide, using Sailpoint IIQ. - Obtain strategic industry advantages by the integration of the access models for US and Canada downstream businesses into a common global system across all functions, geographies and work processes ($500M project; 18,000 users); and delivering the application security for SAP data conversion and interfaces to 353 partner applications (including implementation of integration middleware – XI and webMethods).
