Incharge of the full life-cycle of Recruitment Process.• Information Technology,TechnicalArchitect, IndividualContributor, EPC Engineering, FMCG, Pharma, Luxury Retail, Real Estate Developer, Manufacturing Automobile, Defense & Space, Thermal,Coal,Solar,Wind,Renewable,LNG,HealthCare,Insurance,Banking ,etc.• Responsible for recruitment of all the job roles (Technical/ Non-Technical).• Used applicant tracking recruitment software system TN (Talent Now).• Capturing India, Middle East, Gulf, Asia, South East Asia, Europe & Africa Regions.• Make structure questions as per the requirement before conducting preliminary interviews. • Maintaining No. of open positions VS no. of closures.• Make recruitment debrief of candidates to analyse the candidate’s motivational level.• Extensive Mapping & Head Hunting across industries form (MD,CEO,COO,CTO,CIO,CFO,Director,VP,GM,Vertical Head)level on critical mandates.• Offer negotiation with the candidates through to offer acceptance till joining.• Referencing, referral check, MIS, documentation & reporting, database management.• Make daily progress report, next day work schedule, maintain client’s tracker sheet on daily basis.• Developing and implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies.• Allocate daily workflow to the team members.• Two way communication with the candidates to build the relation to get the new leads and business.• Joining formalities, induction, give training to new joiners about on industry, selection & sourcing.• Hire fresher’s and experienced people internally to build strong and balanced team.• Maintain positivity within the team members to build or create good working environment.
