To operate, coordinate and manage all functions of Human Resource Management Department including acquisition, development, motivation and maintenance of human Resources (personnel and workers) in the Hotel.Prepared Job Descriptions to all the employees, including determination of Job Specification and Job Evaluation, work standards and work procedures for all positions.Issue Identity Card (ID) and arrange requisites to the personnel and workers.Maintain employee registers, employee leaves records and personnel files as required by laws and staff rules.Coordinate with the other HODs and other executives in respect of HR matters, Issues, and obligations.Perform other jobs/duties as required by the Company policy, the nature of the Hotel and under the instructions/directives of the GM and other higher management.Prepared the interview questioner in consultation with respective Departments of HODs.Screening and scrutinizing of applicant CV. Shortlisted the candidates for personal interview.Communicate with shortlisted candidates and invited them for the personal interview in a scheduled date and time.Organize the environment for the interview of an applicants and Undertaken the interview from the HR point of view.

Responsible for Manpower Hiring and Recruitment.  Responsible for telecalling the Candidates, taking interview and fixed the appointment with the Recruiting Agency. Prepare, maintain and update the Office MIS reports related to Recruitment.  Interact and coordinate with Employee, Candidates and channel partners for proper and Timely delivery of Services, Payments etc.
