Hiring Sr. Leadership for Network Organization : VP, Directors, Managers, IC7+ ICs.• Developed and implemented the recruiting and hiring process for leadership hires in the Network Infra org across all NORAM locations, including new job ladders (Network, PE, Business, Connectivity & DC).• Defined the interview process, identified and trained interviewers, and created a new hiring committee to evaluate candidates on new ladders.• Created prep materials, designed custom interview loops for new requirements as required.• Lead weekly meetings with all Network hiring managers and recruiting team to share pipelineupdates, posted updates via workplace groups.• Relationship management via bi-weekly meetings b/w Network Leadership: 7UP, Network IC (IC4-6),Compensation and Mission Control teams• Established rigor and standardization around how recruiting collects, analyzes, and shares data withhiring managers and business leaders.
