• The purpose of this project was maintenance, repair, and improvement of the B111 lab space. This lab is a critical space for many of the senior design teams to work on their projects.• Our team was crucial in making the lab a useable work space; this included an expansion, reorganization, machine repair, and adding new equipment.• Gained extensive experience with using, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing 3D printers. • Worked with the customer to design, build, and test an automated coil winding machine, that can make inductors simply by inputting various parameters and attaching a core. • This provided us with experience in material procurement, design v. reality, assembly, design iteration, and using the knowledge of experienced engineers in the field.
