Selected by the President to lead the global organizational change initiative and business unit restructuring into regional model. Led organizational design process, developed annual road map, functional charters, created change advocate teams and communications campaign that transformed the business into three regional P&Ls.• Managed budget and a function of 28 HR professionals. • Developed strategic HR plan, annual operating rhythm, staffing plans, and talent assessment/review/plan. • Led employee engagement survey debriefs, establishing multi-site action plans and integrated people strategies.• Oversaw compensation programs to include global bonus plans, annual salary raises, US stock purchase plan

As strategic business partner, supported global commercial functions for Sales, Finance, NPD, Legal, and Business Development/Marketing. Provided leadership to three Regional HR Managers/Directors and over 700 FTEs.• Led transformational payroll conversion project for over 35 countries and $100m+payroll from due diligence through implementation and ongoing operations; reduced costs by $300k annually while transforming T&L compliance. • Created corporate HR shared services center in India to administer global payroll and produce organizational health metrics that enabled decision-making. Ensured compliance with EU Data Protection and all US Privacy laws.• Identified compliance risks and selected Professional Employment Outsourcing companies (PEO) to resolve employment, tax, and legal concerns in ten countries. • Led corporate wide organizational development initiatives that included: onboarding, job classification and titling, functional talent reviews & succession planning, global performance management, career development planning.• Co-led legal entity establishment from developing business case through operations in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
