I worked in the operations and automation team at Walmart eCommerce. I have around 4 years of experience. In Operations support, my duties were mainly triaging the customer issues, do the root cause analysis, then figure out which teams those issues need to be assigned to and then follow up with the respective teams regardingthe ETA and progress on the issues.
