• Greet and acknowledge guests and seat patrons by escorting them to assigned table, or communicate delays.• Place To-Go orders and follow To-Go procedures for handling cash or cards, and ensure everything with the payment and order is correct before leaving the building. • Accept and organize reservations, and prioritize reservations to accommodate customers.• Walk through dining room during service to ensure guest satisfaction and assist with bussing tables. • Addressed guest requests or complaints, and escalated major complaints to manager.
