- Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to address internal inefficiencies within organization- Maintain relationships with other stakeholders and proactively seek to understand their strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies to increase current business process.- Identify and analyse operational risk upon business process.- Advice business process owner on potential risks and how to mitigate.- Design high level business process and data flow.- Drive, monitor and control project implementation and have test of compliance to test the product.- Develop standard operating procedure (SOP) to ensure all function implementation system and business process consistently.- Conduct Compliance Test to ensure the implementation of government regulations, policies and procedures are aligned.Several Achievements:- Integrating ATL & BTL and enhanced our YT ER to 19% from zero.- Helped to strategize Cassava Partnership mechanism and achieved the goals to add additional 1.250 tons of raw materials in 6 months.- Helped to strategize Cattle partnership mechanism and increased cattle farmer sales.- Strategize sales to collection mechanism and achieved to speed up account receivable collection at 50% faster for our Cassava BU and 30% for our Fertilizer BU.

- Develop and execute the internal Compliance & Ethics Training Strategy for new and existing employees. - Coordinate with IT to develop Learning Management System regarding training tools.- Develop and execute Compliance & Ethics campaign strategy for all employees. (online training, webinars, newsletter, etc)- Prepare documentation and report for external audit and Compliance Committee.- Evaluate, maintain and track completion rates and ensure completion of the strategy by measure the effectiveness of training.- Coordinate with Organization, Learning & Development Dept. and Compliance Officer for training and communication delivery programs.

1. Dissemination related to cashless society in Indonesia, especially outside the Greater Jakarta area by using Digital Payment DANA2. Expanding the DANA business, especially in the acquisition of merchant partners.3. Collaborate with vendors in the business expansion process related to merchant acquisition.4. Collaborating with any regional events in the context of expanding DANA's engagement.Achievements: Starting Andong Project in Yogyakarta. Andong project is project that aim to encourage Andong community in Malioboro area to join cashless society. The project not only trying to engage them on the use of Dana but also dissemination of the current trend of payment technology nowdays and in the future.
