I lead a team of developers focusing on data integration, production pipelines, infrastructure provisioning and full stack software development. The role involves project planning, resource provisioning, project management and software development, to deliver public facing services at the Protein DataBank in Europe (PDBe, www.pdbe.org), within the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI, www.ebi.ac.uk).The position requires technical and domain knowledge, and involves frequent interaction between structural biologists, chemists, developers and system administrators.
