With over 13 years of hands-on experience in Software Industry, I have successfully navigated diverse businessdomains including Leasing Financial, Call Centers, Healthcare and Ecommerce etc. In my current role as SQAManager Cum Project Manager, I've led numerous initiatives that have significantly improved QA processes andproject outcomes. Notable achievements include implementing QA Processes, Team KPI’s, QA/DEV GovernancePlan, Release Management and automated testing (i.e Power Automate, JMeter) to reduce significantly testingtime, and spearheading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines.My leadership skills extend to mentoring junior QA/DEV staff, coordinating with cross-functional teams, andeffectively managing stakeholder expectations.
