Job Responsibilities Includes:• Negotiating and persuading different people from diverse backgrounds present at the project site.• Technical reviews, product design, detailed technical specification documentation, site survey, inspection, etc. Tender Documentation and participation.. Pre-Sales Meetings.• Site Facilitation and Acquisition• Handling of Energy Resource Measuring Equipment• Solar Resource Assessment• Providing assistance and guidance to the installation teams. • Providing Cooperation and maintaining coordination by direct involvement in the activity.• Management of the resources.• Complete Project Design • Arranging all temporary workforce needed to implementation of the project.• Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations. • Project resource and implementation planning• Environmental Audits and Social Impact Assessment• Project Management• All Implementation activities for entire Project(s).• Execution and commissioning of the Project(s) on-time & within budget.• Arranging all temporary workforce needed to the implementation of the project.• Procurement and delivery of equipment's needed for Project(s) to the specific Project Locations.
