 Directed Project Team while completing all project milestones from feasibility up to commissioning. Held accountability for obtaining approval from corporate functions for project feasibility, as well as aligning and getting consent from Joint Ventures. Managed project procurement and logistics deliverables, contractors and technical resources, and external stakeholders involved in project delivery. Took charge of completing the engineering and design phase, as well as aligning the company’s functions for regulatory approval.Career Highlights:  Provided oversight to the Gas Field Development Project amounting to nearly $146M with $77M worth of surface facilities which was successfully and safely commissioned five months ahead of schedule, achieving a 5.7% savings on final approved costs; project scope consisted of the following: o 5x35 MMscfd capacity Wellheads Surface Facilities, 16, 47 km main trunk line, 24 km flow lines and up-gradation of Sawan Processing Capacity and addition of 120 MMscfd field compression facilities; 6X20 MMscfd compression facilities at remote locations
