PROCUREMENT & SERVICE FABRICS (IMPORT/LOCAL)• Procure fabrics On ROT (Greig, Fancy, Print, Dyed) in suits & versions form.• Process at outside (Print/Dyed).• ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managements.• liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients • supervise and motivate a team of workers. • review worker / team performance and identify training needs.• decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.• Get the Design & concept from creative and do Sampling from factory / supplier.• Order Placement. • plan and draw up a production schedules according to available stock or make to order.• set the quality standard i.e. (size & parameters, Lab scales & Finishes).• monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.• monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.• organize the repair or replacement of any damaged fabric or version.• ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met• collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for both factory management and customer.• Keep follow up of orders and arrange production sample (initial bulk sample) for advertising / Testing.• Follow up with shipping depart.• Maintain Reconciliation of inventory.• Payments process.
