I help to lead bid strategy and work hand in hand with the CPG Preconstruction team to develop custom solutions to meet our customers needs. I provide analysis of customer technical specifications and utilize technical knowledge of product offerings to recommend the product configurations/solutions that optimize schedule, cost, ease of and safety in installation process.I work within CPG and with the execution, service, operations, construction, engineering, finance and legal teams in various capacities including finalizing purchases, vendor selection for projects, bid strategy, go to market strategy on different product offerings/services, and review proposals from our suppliers. I have bene working to expand on current vendor review process that exists within Estimation function, and to develop pricing strategies with key long lead equipment vendors and trade contractors.I also work with the CPG Executive team, and advise the team on new market opportunities, potential procurement issues and am tasked with the development and execution of mitigation plans. I worked within CPG with our different teams to help leverage the relationships we have with our vendors/strategic partners as a primary point of contact between CPG and the vendors. I oversaw procurement of equipment and/or services from vendors and subcontractors and develop strategic relationship plans, IE Master Service Agreements or strategic sourcing agreements. I worked to manage project financials, project risk, and client relations in various projects during the pre-construction phase. This included oversight of budget, logistics, engineering, estimating guidelines and scope for proposal, cost generation, and overall schedule development/compliance.
