I worked within CPG with our different teams to help leverage the relationships we have with our vendors/strategic partners as a primary point of contact between CPG and the vendors. I worked to manage project financials, project risk, and client relations in various projects during the pre-construction phase. This included oversight of budget, logistics, engineering, estimating guidelines and scope for proposal, cost generation, and overall schedule development/compliance.
