I am currently working as a CNC Machine Operator at Element5 LP in St. Thomas, Ontario, where I am responsible for setting up and operating CNC Router machines, ensuring precision, safety, and optimal performance. I collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate production records. By continuously improving machining operations and implementing fault mitigation strategies, I contributed to smoother workflows and enhanced productivity. My ability to work effectively with others and my problem-solving skills were integral to meeting production targets and improving machine efficiency.As a Design Engineer at KHIRDS Solution, I led the design of complex automation solutions while collaborating with both clients and internal teams. I supported a team of assembly technicians in resolving design-related challenges and ensuring that projects met technical specifications.
