Provide direct support to the Directeur HSE.Coordinate reports for internal and external distribution. This includes daily BRQs, follow-up investigation submissions, weekly reports, monthly reports, monthly HSE posters, etc.Assist with HSE internal reports and presentations.Maintain various databases for HSE statisticsCoordinate and follow-up with various departments for HSE information that supports the HSE databases and resulting reports.Update/maintain HSE Website.Follow-up and maintain incident reports and incident investigationsMonitor Computer Based Trainings and administer certificatesPrepare and support OOPS process for Awards and administer OOPS certificates and award ordering and distributionAssist with other award administration as requested by the fields.Manage OOPS awards recognition on new HSE website homepageParticipate in the dissemination of information and awareness of issues concerning HSE training.Coordinate the activities of HSE training.Coordinate and schedule 3rd party HSE trainers for specialized HSE programs and procedures.
