I have the privilege of assisting clients whose programs are 50 guest rooms per night or smaller; whether it be a high level executive retreat, a sales meeting or an association's board meeting. I pride myself on the ability to offer creative options for clients while working within their budget and never sacrificing on the attendee experience.

Provide administrative support to General Manager, duties include but are not limited to; maintaining GM daily calendar, drafting and sending correspondence, coordinate all discounted and comp reservations, track and ensure compliance for Marriott Customer Care Issues as well as internal policies surrounding GSS & ESS Verbatims, create and maintain all GM Office files including a trace filing system, draft agenda for weekly Senior Leadership Meeting, attend weekly SLT meeting, collect/followup/compile all information needed from Senior Leadership Team, maintain and update Resort wide Playbook, schedule off-site Executive retreats, maintain all reports for the Group Sales Office. Report generating includes: Quarterly Sales Managers Performance to Goals(room nights, room revenue, food & beverage and golf) STLY report for Group PACE. i am the property's Subject Matter Expert (SME), Reporting Rockstar and Administrator for CI/TY. Training Coordinator, Business Process Lead and Conversion Lead during Marriott's CI/TY software conversion (GO-LIVE date of 4/7/2013). Manage Group Sales Administrative Assistants: insure job accuracy, coach on efficiency and consistency, delagate tasks, assist in setting work load priorities and scheduling of daily work load. Create and implement departmental and hotel wide SOPs. Responsible for all Group Sales accounting items including but not limited to; expense reports, purchase orders and invoices, auditing in-house charges and processing requests for journal entries to correct general ledger accuracy and assist in buget process. Book all travel arrangements for Group Sales office and other hotel department heads. Coordinate all arrangements and preparations for new Sales Managers as well as Senior Leadership members. I am efficient and accurate in my job execution and strive to make / keep strong interpersonal relationships among all departments to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
