Member of the leadership team and accountable for the strategic planning, business development and business control of the municipal company Älvstranden Utveckling, with the mandate to realize the River City Gothenburg Vision, e.g. the largest urban development program in Scandinavia. Two of the deliverables are 25,000 new residences and 45,000 new workplaces in the city central. The department consists of experts within project management, business development, IT/IS, procurement, quality and assurance, safety, document management and office coordination.

Responsible for leading and supporting business development within Global Functions (Regulatory, Clinical, Pharmaceutical development and innovative Medicine) and actively supporting the development of a continuous improvement culture. I worked actively with senior managements' teams to strategically align improvement projects and activities to the R&D value drivers and to ensure that benefits are realized and visible to the business.

The R&D Strategy team in Mölndal was formed in the spring of 2010 to deliver all aspects of the Global AstraZeneca R&D strategy that impacted the Mölndal site within 18 months. Responsible for developing and maintaining a strategy implementation and risk mitigation plan for the Mölndal site. I led the ramp up of facilitates to host a new research capability that earlier had been performed at the sites in Lund (Sweden) & Charnwood (UK). Besides being instrumental to the team, I played a key role in sowing the seeds for a strengthened culture for innovation within the site.

Led and facilitated strategical and operational improvement projects and activities to meet agreed targets.Trained and coached the organization in Lean Six Sigma.Coached new Improvement leads (Blackbelts & Greenbelts) in their projects.
