On top of my driver manager duties I also work with customer to provide on time service for their products. I book loads and schedule deliveries while working closely with my customer.

I am the driver manager for Knight's Squire program helping drivers with little to no experience learn how to manage their hours and be successful within the company.I also handle Daisy Brand loads out of AZ, assist planners for Gregory Packaging loads,and assist planner with Seaboard loads. Working with my team I am in charge of tracking the progress of our drivers and making sure they are able to hit 10,000 miles a month.

As billing manager I worked with billers and credit managers to make sure all process were in place to ensure we were billing the correct and full amount. I worked with credit managers to ensure that billing is being done correctly and all backup is sent to ensure timely payment.

I worked with customers to ensure they were able to make payments on time and verify any billing problems that were holding up invoice payments.
