Co-authored the national strategy on Armenia-Diaspora relations for the Republic of Armenia government including analysis of current landscape, priority areas, and stakeholder engagement.

Worked with the American University of Kurdistan's Office of the President to design and build a social enterprise incubator / Impact Hub on campus.

Devised strategy and piloted program for a Diaspora mentoring network for Armenia-based entrepreneurs.
