Title of traineeship : “Pharmacophore modelling of drugs inducing liver injuries (DILI)”- I studied drug molecules inducing the side effect called ‘inducing liver injuries’. - I collected data sets of known DILIs from literature, where I learned to use the ChEMBL database in order to create data sets of actives and inactives (for validation). - I created structure- and ligand-based pharmacophore models using the LigandScout software and I validated them using the ROC (receiver operator characteristic curve)approach.- I built, optimized, and validated for different indication classes, such as antihypertensives, estrogens and antiestrogens, anti-parkinson agents, antituberculotics, anxiolytics, antiemetics, anesthetics, antidiabetics, antidepressants, NSAIDs, and antibiotics
