Established ethical and legal standards for job performance, attending administrative personnel meetings and developing new employee training. Oversaw the care delivery for patients in clinic performed by Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and medical assistants. Decreased pre-surgery patient cancellations by 25%. Prepared and lead facility in achieving AAAHC accreditation.

Head of diagnostic procedures to include selective nerve root blocks, epidural steroid injections, diagnostic facet injections, caudal injections, lysis of adhesion injections, perioperative nursing, operative nursing, and direct patient care.
