As a product manager for Ranplan professional desktop software I support the continuous development of the product and work with customers to explain its benefits, understand challenges faced by users and convert them to actionable items that can be implemented as new features to create a better user experience, moreover working closely with developers to implement those features to meet our customer’s expectations and satisfaction.Main responsibilities:• Communicate with customers to provide demos that explain the features of the new release and understand their requirements and possible areas of enhancement• Define new feature descriptions and acceptance criteria then split them into PBIs using Microsoft Azure DevOps Services• Prioritize PBIs and bugs according to the release vision and customer needs• Work with product team to prioritize features, define the candidate feature list for the upcoming release and draw the road map for our product according to our customers needs, company vision and business value.• Support the development team to implement the new features and PBIs by planning and providing continuous guidance within the sprint through scrum meetings and test case reviews• Continuous improvement of the process through regular retrospectives• Documenting the new features by updating the Ranplan professional user manual and writing Ranplan professional release notes
