As Implementation Manager I oversee the onboarding and off boarding of ESIS clients to ensure a smooth transition. Each new client has a dedicated implementation plan to meet the needs of their program and I am responsible for making sure all goals are met timely and accurately. I strive to take the heavy lifting off of our clients and make sure that not only the organization has a seamless transition but that injured workers and claimants see no disruption in benefits during the transition.

Oversee group of operations associates that support the Partnership Services Department. Team completes a variety of tasks including assistance with renewal of clients, file/claim reviews and other administrative tasks. In addition to overseeing this team I also complete financial production reports for senior management and support our VP of Operations, Regional Vice Presidents and Senior Vice President with requests regarding financial production and financial planning.Involved in new claim system rollout mainly in the back end operations system which houses client service instructions, policy and contract data and other functions that allows our claim system to operate. Work with IT and business analysts to continually improve and enhance the system.

Complete production reports for senior management through the use of salesforce.com. This includes monthly and quarterly production reports as well as preparing and submitting our production plans each year.Manage our centralized operations unit that supports the client services and sales department. Oversee the renewals of our clients, claim file reviews, client services instruction updates, account structure updates, and provide guidance and support to the eight people that are in this unit.Implementing ACE Worldview to all ESIS clients. Worldview allows our clients to have all of those program documents at their fingertips including claim representative rosters, client service instructions, claim review outcomes and now billing and advanced analytics. Work with a group of individuals and oversee one individual to ensure a seamless rollout to our clients.
