CurrentAs Implementation Manager I oversee the onboarding and off boarding of ESIS clients to ensure a smooth transition. Each new client has a dedicated implementation plan to meet the needs of their program and I am responsible for making sure all goals are met timely and accurately. I strive to take the heavy lifting off of our clients and make sure that not only the organization has a seamless transition but that injured workers and claimants see no disruption in benefits during the transition.
