I am the business-relationship and application manager for Surgical Services, Emergency Departments, Anesthesia, And Infection Control focusing on meeting the needs of the business by prioritizing work efforts for the application teams in Information Services. I manage a cross-functional team of multi-disciplined analysts working on clinical documentation for the enterprise. I have managed multiple teams including full cycle implementations from design to post-live support while simultaneously supporting live applications and business relationship manager to Ambulatory Operations.

I worked closely with management and Senior Leadership to supervise the support of the Ambulatory EHR.

Analyzing complex issues, testing application changes, and implementing solutions to a system with over 2000 end users. Experience with multiple upgrades, special updates, interfacing clinical systems, and workflow analysis. Mentor and provide leadership for group of content experts in the area of security, profiles, documentation tools, and other key areas of the EMR.

Responsible for initial system design, build, and validation with end users. Provided go-live on post go-live support including managing incoming tickets and change control processes.

Performed physician documentation analysis leading to creating documentation in EMR. Managing result interface and compliance with results review. Trained new users and providers on EMR system and developed standard training materials.
