I came into the veterinary world for my love of animals, and I stay for my love of people. As the Client Services Training Mentor, I am able to blend my love of training, compassionate communication and veterinary medicine into one. When I am not developing and creating learning materials for our training program, I lead our team of dedicated peer trainers to facilitate our comprehensive hands-on 90 day training for all new team members. My goal is to ensure every single team member has the tools and resources they need to show up and be the best version of themselves everyday so we can truly care for our clients with the compassion they deserve. After all, excellent patient care always begins with excellent client care!
