Maximize car revenue and occupancy by effectively controlling rates and availability.In chage of the achievement of the company’s annual revenue .Update the various distribution channels for proper rate and availability.Complete follow through of no-show and late cancellation charges. Manage inventory to maximize revenue in all areas. Depending on the needs of each city.Cooperate and coordinate teamwork with other departments.Ensure a consistent and rational pricing and yield strategy across all channels and all segments according to the Europcar pricing philosophy.Prepare Monthly and Weekly Forecasts for all segments.Participate in the preparations of the cars purchase budgets and contribute to the development of the company's marketing plan.Provide data to the team for the purpose of analyzing and evaluating specific business segments, specific accounts, market segment mix), car type demand, channel production and geographical mix, recognizing trends and patterns.Analyze and communicate business trends and booking pace in comparison to the market, last year, forecast and budget.Continually analyze demand, price sensitivity and booking patterns, recognize trends and their relevance to one another and provide pricing, inventory and selling strategy recommendations.Assist in providing recommendations for Corporate and Leisure account strategies based on past production and future expectations.Assist in developing 3-month, 6-month, and 12-months strategic action plans for the management.Work with the Sales Department and define booking terms, conditions and allotments for all segments.Evaluate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market Share reports to understand trends and opportunities vs. competitive set and the market as a whole and ensure targeted relative RevCar positioning is achieved.Participate in meetings as needed and provide valuable input.Attending and representing the Brand in all the international trade fairs (FITUR, ITB, WTM ...)
