As a Person-centred and Attachment-based Therapist, and Supervisor, I work relationally with client’s to facilitate personal growth and transformation. This approach can help clients develop an understanding of how present day struggles may be influenced by earlier experiences or past relationships, either from childhood or later in life. This can challenge unhelpful beliefs and transform problematic patterns of behaviour and current relationship issues.Research has shown that meaningful work is a major contribution to a person’s well-being and I believe that Supervision can contribute to this, across professions. I work with the Seven Eyed model to support exploration of core beliefs about ourselves, our work and relationships. This reflective practice can enhance self awareness and challenge how we think, not only about work but also how we live. I have worked therapeutically in a variety of settings over the years including the aviation industry, the voluntary sector and in private practice. I currently work in private practice near Hampton Court.
