I have 15+ years of experience working as a therapist. I have often partnered with individuals to find a way to better care for themselves while also improving the quality of their relationships with others. I encourage self-compassion, and utilize mindfulness strategies in order to be present to more effectively manage challenges.I work with a broad spectrum of clients from older adolescents to adults.
