Responsible for conducting the research, scheduling, preparation of samples, conducting analyzes, cultivation and maintenance of microorganisms, production and harvesting of mushrooms and also by the management of the research laboratory (cleaning, organization, control and verification of equipment).

I used to assist in the achievement of the following gravimetric analyzes:- Total suspended and dissolved solids (fixed and volatile);- Oils and greases (minerals and vegetables);- Sedimented solids;- Color, taste and odor;- Conductivity, pH and salinity (not gravimetric analyzes but it was done by the gravimetric sector).
