I have worked in the Auto Insurance Industry for 16 years. Throughout my time I have focused on improving the internal and external customer experience. I have explored and developed compliance and quality assurance procedures for Auto Service side of the business along with developing new supervisors within the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding department. In addition, I have assisted with social media accounts and mitigation of Department of Insurance complaints. Currently my project portfolio focuses on processes and procedures within the Auto Claims sector that have inefficiencies, non-value add components and work to create solutions that are inline with our Company's business plan. I mentor new analyst and work on enhancing their knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and serve as an industry investigator evaluating the business competitive advantage.
