This job consists in the counting of the stock products in shops and mostly in supermarkets to keep a track for the storage.Skills acquired:• Improving efficiency and productivity using coordination and planning skills.• Cooperation with new trainees that needs to learn the job, despite it's a "single work".• It's a night, weekend, and holiday work due to the fact that the stocking is done when the shop is closed.• It's a fast-paced environment due to the tight deadline, that still permits to manage a good work maintaining energy and enthusiasm• excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.

During the master's degree traineeship I worked in a forensic toxicology lab under the supervision of professor R.Gottardo. More specifically I used gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry to analyze the volatile substances of abuse and those released by corpses.Skills acquired:-Performed routine exams accurately and efficiently. Those analysis included ones for THC, chronic abuse substances in hair and ethanol levels-Developed interpersonal skills through respect, friendliness and a willingness to assist wherever needed.-Quickly learned and applied new skills improving daily tasks,efficiency and productivity.-Set up and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment for testing purposes.-Sample preparation-Gained proficiency in Chromeleon software and worked extensively with GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass spectrometry) -MS works with an electron impact ionization source

During the bachelor's degree traineeship I worked under the supervision of professor G. Gotte for the production of recombinant proteins using purification and analysis methods to visualize their functional behavior. In particular through chromatographic, electrophoretic and spectroscopic techniques I've measured the ability to aggregate and the enzymatic activity of proteins produced in natural and synthetic substrates.The RNase studied was the Hp-RNase,whose anti tumoral action is prevented by RI that is able to inhibit the monomeric form. Our aim was to form through cross linking dimeric or multimeric forms to avoid the inhibitor action and reach their cytotoxic role.The chromatograph used was a liquid chromatograph that works in cation exchange conditionsSkills acquired:-Maintenance of the lab by calibrating equipment, sterilizing surfaces and items used, restocking the working station and organizing also instructional materials, facilities and solutions for experiments-Practical knowledge of cation exchange chromatography, spectrophotometer, pH meter , centrifuge, electrophoresis (producing also the agarose gel) and industrial mixers to compound and blend chemicals-Tracking of experimental results, coordinating data reviews and producing detailed reports for the thesis use comparing the products through quality and integrity checks-Quickly learned and applied new skills improving daily tasks, efficiency and productivity.-Following of applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment.
