• Work with site leaders to confirm billing arrangements and ensure high quality• Seek automate opportunity where able, such as billing and financial reporting.• Billback revenue accrual, P&L preparation, provision adjustment• Billback KPI and variance analysis• Purchase requisition review and approval• Oversee and support AR inquiries.• Liaise with AP to ensure vendor invoices are process per company policy.• Payment request for selected vendors through different platforms (cheque, online or wire)• Month end accounts reconciliation including JE adjustment.• Managing customer credit hold release per policy and procedure.• Assist internal and external financial audit (sampling and identified if control issues)
