Through my work experience I've developed several skills. First of all I've learned how to work collaboratively leading an efficient team organising and monitoring my staff. I stayed abreast of market trends and customer expectations thanks to weekly meetings but also with my curiosity and personal resourcefulness and I made sure that also my entire work team was updated. One of the main duties was to check the efficiency of the payments and of the reports and to ensure that all food and beverage facilities and equipment were cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked.I had total control of the food and beverages orders and stock. During the entire experience I met the requirements relating the service standards keeping an excellent relationship with the customers

As a Sommelier I served international customers with passionate knowledge and organised wine tasting events and dinners. I had the control of the winery and all stocks.

I examined and improved the quality of the high service studying behaviours and meeting every requests. I formulated sophisticated and flavoured recipes. Moreover I developed an extra sensorial aperitivo and tasting, which used herbs, flowers and parfum cocktails
