Responsible for the Program Management of Bench testing & Physical validation related to Body, Chassis and Interior. The main responsibilities are: to manage Design and Process Validation phases for all Regions projects; to manage Testing program managers in all Regions and report to the vehicle teams; to collect and define the Budget for all the new Global Programs, with the target to reduce costs and number of tests in outsource or performed by Supplier; to give the right prioritization to the BT community to reach all the milestones; to reach the max synergy between the test objects and benches across the Regions.

The main responsibilities are: - to perform the tests for the Project and Process Validation for all vehicles; - to manage Testing Engineers and Testing Plan Manager; - to guarantee well-timed involvement for internal resourced and testing facilities; - to involve Suppliers; - to define the Budget for all the new Programs, with the target to reduce costs and to avoid tests in outsource; - to develop and harmonize the Lab Procedures with the other Regions; - to define and realize the investment Plan for the Facilities update; - to apply the Word Class Program in the Department; - to manage the ISO 9001 for the Testing Interior Area, including internal and external Audit.

Responsible for the development of the Overhead system components in Interiors Trim Department: headliner, sun visor, grab-handle, dome lamp, ambient lighting, etc.Has to manage the complete development of these components, from the brainstorming ideas to the production launch, with also the quality problems during the life of the vehicles. Has 6 people in the team and has to guarantee well-timed involvement of suppliers.Has to compare the solutions used by the other Car-makers. Is responsible for the development and harmonization of Technical Standards with other regions. Has to manage the Strategic plans of the Overhead System components (Lighting, Visor Vanity and Grab Handle) with other regions.

Responsible for the development of trims component compliant with the customer expectations.Has to manage a team to reach target in terms of performance and managing the suppliers.Has to harmonize and share all the standard with Chrysler colleagues.Technical support to the definition of parameters for the installation and the achievement of performance of all the trim components. Deep knowledge of plastics characteristics, both from the technical and the manufacturing point of view. Know how about standards and regulations concerning safety.

The process was analyzed with Cp,Cpk parameters and some new checking was studied and introduced during the stage period in order to have a more robust process.
