Therapeutic Area: Oncology, Parkinson's disease, Rare disease, Asthma. Responsibilities: Translation of clinical Study protocol requirements to operational specifications in various clinical activities (IRT, Imaging, Cardiac Safety, Digital devices).Lead discussions with internal stakeholders on the clinical design of a project with respect to the study population and disease area.Vendor management, ensuring an efficient collaboration with key internal & external stakeholders.Participation to the kick-off meeting and support the set-up and follow up activities.Follow up and review of the agreed timelines (Project Design Specifications, UAT, translations, patient guides, site guides).Review and approve study-specific budgets and contracts in line with the project’s scope of work.Ensure early identification of potential risks, and review Risk Management Plans.Involved directly in review, development of study documentation: Site and CRA trainings, patient and coordinator manuals, Monitoring Plan.Provide trainings for the clinical team ( CRAs & local teams) as required.Serve as point of contact for quality and safety escalations of oversight issues between clinical team and vendors.

Role of the kinase Cdk5 in response to DNA damages : implications for S and G2M checkpoints: My PhD had a strong commitment to the oncology field, in particular breast cancer and PARP inhibitors. In collaboration with Dr Ivan Bieche (MD Institut curie) we took advantage of available human biopsies and in vitro models to explore the role of CDK5 and PARP in radioresistance and it’s implication in replication stress response.Duties and achievements:- Management of various projects : design, plan, organise and perform experiments- Analyse data, including statistical analysis and interpretation - Create new collaborations with researchers and MDs.- Ability to write reports and publications (3 published articles/reviews)- Scientific communications at national and international conferences to promote high scientific standards.
