As Lead People & Culture at this Scale-up, I oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to growth and retention, and offboarding. My primary responsibility is to create and implement all processes related to human resources to prepare the company for growth. My focus is on providing employee-friendly experiences while keeping the processes lean and scalable. To accomplish this, I designed our HRIS system from scratch to serve as the single source of truth for all our People processes and policies. I also experiment with new trends in People & Culture, such as offering an unlimited holiday policy. Furthermore, I provide guidance to the management team on issues that impact our employees, ensuring that decisions are based on values such as equality, honesty, diversity, and the right balance between employee and employer benefits. Lastly, I am the go-to person for anything related to HR, including knowledge migrants.

Within one year I obtained Salesforce certification and bridged the gap between both worlds. I found effective solutions despite budget, compliance, and risk constraints. As Product Owner, I managed the backlog and stakeholders daily. I was responsible of the data migration as part of the Moneyou wind-down project.
