I managed 10-12 Housekeepers for three summer seasons at a top rated fly fishing guest ranch. My duties included, but were not limited to: inspecting all areas prior to guest arrivals, tracking/ordering inventory, scheduling, keeping the housekeepers on a strict time schedule to finish all rooms by guest lunch, assisting the housekeepers in cleaning "white glove" style, lawn/cabin maintenance, managing the laundress and laundry room, opening/closing all staff and guest cabins pre and post-season. Also, many manual labor tasks were frequent (i.e. moving hay bales, trimming trees, etc.). This was a seasonal position.
