• CMS re-platform and new donation platform – managed CMS tender process to migrate charity and hospital sites from Drupal 7 to a new platform (Wagtail) and the redesign of the donation platform with overarching objectives to improve the user experience and backend payment processing to increase online donation revenue from £1m to £2m over 2 years. Managed the delivery for both charity and hospital websites with a budget of £470k. • eCommerce online retail shop – worked with the Business Owner and provided guidance on their project goals, breaking down their objectives/ scope and requirements into manageable project phases. Managed the end to end delivery of Shopify and integration with the fulfilment house within an ambitious timeline of 2 months and ensuring the change was rolled out to the impacted teams. • London Marathon Digital – led Discovery phase, worked with Business Owner to extract business requirements and facilitated workshops with delivery teams to size options to deliver the project. Produced and presented proposal with key stakeholders and drove decision on delivery options. • Salesforce transition to Lightning – worked with Salesforce Product Owner to transition 200+ users to the new Salesforce interface, the key goals were to ensure users could perform core/ critical business processes on the new platform and ensuring that they were able to navigate the new interface. • Innovation pilot- worked with Salesforce Product Owner and Salesforce administrators to deliver a self service portal for corporates through rapid prototyping within a Kanban framework.• Qualified as a Scrum Master – enabled Salesforce Scrum team to improve ways of working through applying process improvements to daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and help wider business understand Scrum framework and how this approach is applied to projects.

• Delivered an applicant tracking system (SaaS) for 500 users to meet the full end to end needs of the recruitment process, from posting a job to offering role to candidate. Created business requirements, process maps (as is / to be), test plans and user guides. Created and managed project plan, RAID log, test plans and business implementation/ change plan. • Scoped the second phase of the applicant tracking system, including an internal applicant portal and requisition process. Provided business case, impact assessment and defined project deliverables. • Initiated Zoopla careers website project, defined the scope. Compiled design and build options to business owners. Drove decisions regarding project approach and MVP.

Delivered multiple complex digital projects from initiation to closure using agile and waterfall approaches.• Customer facing application – delivered a new online sales platform from concept to go live . Managed 3rd party vendors to deliver UX and HTML coding to the internal development team in South Africa. Business implementation included creating new operations team to support customer, creating robust MI and communications plan. • Online Trust Hub – initiated and implemented an online application for advisers to place customer policies in to Trust with view to move away from paper applications and improve operational efficiencies. Managed 3rd party vendor to create UX, prototype and delivery of HTML to internal development team. • CRM project for 200+ users – initiated project and led project through to pilot delivery. Managed vendor in South Africa to deliver CRM Microsoft Dynamics to the distribution channel, improving business operational efficiencies by creating a central platform for franchises and head office to upload broker information, such as sales pipeline and relationship management.
