Being a proactive self-starter, I thrive tackling new challenges. I inform my decisions with relevant study and analysis, and adjust based on data and feedback. I creatively approach assignments and tasks, and always find something to do. I enjoy being active, learning new things, and applying my knowledge and skills to novel contexts. If I don't understand something, I actively seek out information and opportunities to enhance my knowledge. Currently, I manage classrooms of 20 young adults daily, generate and implement my own curriculum, gather and analyze data to inform my decisions, and use feedback from supervisors and those I have authority over to create a holistic, empathetic environment for learning. My skills will effectively lend themselves to positions of management and research, and where I may be lacking, I am ready and eager to learn.
