Sara specialises in intellectual property, with particular emphasis on patent litigation and non-contentious work, as well as advising on patent portfolio and patent risk management. Sara's non-contentious experience covers a range of transactions, including agreements relating to technology transfer and licensing, manufacturing and supply, consultancy, confidentiality and clinical trials, amongst others. She also advises on litigious matters, and has been involved a number of proceedings in the English High Court and Court of Appeal relating to the validity and infringement of patents, as well as copyright infringement and breach of confidence.
