Currently acting as COO at Portocargo, I’ve devoted my whole career to the Freight Forwarding & Logistics sector.Throughout the past 17 years, I’ve experienced several areas within this field. I’m always eager to learn new competencies and improve my Company’s procedures and effectiveness. Based on that, I’ve greatly invested in both my hard and soft skills, always aiming at increasing my performance and boosting my organization’s evolution.This mindset led me to be part of a wide range of departments, such as Sales, Quality, Operations, Communication and Human Resources. The last one is where I find my inner self. People are what truly drive me and motivate me every single day.I do believe success is only real when shared. Always keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in People Management, I’m focused on promoting a healthy, rewarding and participative work environment.I love challenges. And that’s why I feel so fulfilled working within the International Supply Chain. Every operation presents me with a new hurdle that needs to overcome; a new challenge where I need to find an effective and fast solution. Agility and the capacity to perform under pressure have become crucial for me, along with the permanent focus on improving our client’s experience.Today, I’m not capable of predicting what the future holds for me.
