My practice approach is a holistic, organic mind-body psychotherapy centered in mindfulness. I believe this facilitates the most penetrating and long lasting life transformations. I work with people who want to live more attentively and in the moment rather than being controlled by their past or future. This can often mean meditating and sitting with negative or difficult thoughts and learning to heal from compassionate awareness of them and your present state in the moment. Reaching out can often be the hardest step, but I am a therapist with a heart-centered approach to help you achieve wellness on all levels.I am a student therapist at St. Edward's University in Austin, TX and am looking to connect and network with other like-minded therapists and therapist students in the surrounding area. I am currently seeking practicum opportunities and will graduate with my MA in Counseling Psychology under the LPC track for LPC-I licensure in May 2015.
