Current• Plan events such as the General Trustees’ Conferences, Presbytery and Congregational Seminars, and other gatherings, organising accommodation and travel as necessary as well as arranging speakers and presentational material.• Execute in-depth research and investigation into issues identified by the General Trustees’ Board (GTB), Committees, and Working Groups, working towards developing mitigating actions.• Provide administrative support to the GTB, Committees and Working Groups… Show more • Plan events such as the General Trustees’ Conferences, Presbytery and Congregational Seminars, and other gatherings, organising accommodation and travel as necessary as well as arranging speakers and presentational material.• Execute in-depth research and investigation into issues identified by the General Trustees’ Board (GTB), Committees, and Working Groups, working towards developing mitigating actions.• Provide administrative support to the GTB, Committees and Working Groups, preparing presentations and documentation, taking notes and transcriptions. • Conduct financial control duties such as invoicing, processing expenses, and monitoring budgets on behalf of the General Trustees. • Handle correspondence and customer service matters in an approachable, respectful, and professional manner, actioning response correspondence in absence of the Secretary and Clerk.• Line manage the Administration Team in absence of the team leader, organising staff schedules and ensuring performance is upkept. • Collaborated with the IT team to optimise and update the IT system and consistently ensure that all materials and resources are reviewed and maintained. Notable Achievements: • Assisted with the organisation and successful execution of 7 property seminars in the last year for the General Trustees’, with over 700 delegates.• Ensured all tasks and projects were driven to fruition within designated time and budget constraints.
