For more than 20 years I have been a Hadassah volunteer. I have taken positions in membership, programming, fundraising, treasury and president on the group, chapter and region levels. I have been involved in the Greater Salt Lake Chapter and the Desert Mountain Region as well as the Nes Harim Group of the Greater Atlanta Hadassah Chapter in the Southeastern Region.

Review all requests for loan repurchase from investors & GSEs, investigate & respond, Also review all rescission of MI Coverage from multiple companies. Manage a team of 6 with varied mortgage backgrounds.

Oversee the scheduling for Closed Loan and Early Payment Default Audits. Select and analyze loans for Closed Loan Audits, for adherence to private investors’ agencies’ directives. Review default loans and determine cause for delinquency. Investigate potential misrepresentation. Inform senior management of all fraud with recommendations. Respond to post purchase audits by agencies and investors. Train other QA underwriters and staff. Track the team volume and act as a liaison for post closing and underwriting staffs. Prepare reports for the Credit Risk Committee and Senior Management identifying areas of concern and areas in need of improvement and/or necessary corrective action.AVP-Risk Management, Risk Management Auditor and Regional Underwriting Director. Supervise a post closing-risk management team. Troubleshoot files that have investor conditions. Analyze & recommend solutions for complex files. Supervise and mentor underwriters.

Reviewed 90-120 closed and delinquent loan files monthly for product guidelines and company policies. Compiled exception information on these loans and created a monthly report for wholesale, retail and senior managers to track significant problems and 6-month trends. Analyzed automated underwriting findings to determine data integrity and accuracy of the system. Relayed concerns to the investors that often resulted in system adjustments.Managed the ACES QC program by creating and modifying the exception questionnaire and reports as needed or requested by senior management. The department, with combined efforts, was able to reduce the audit report time by 50%. Traveled as part of an on-site audit team, where approximately 75% of branches nationwide were visited. Branch audits reviewed policies, procedures while ensuring compliance with the company vision.
